Where does your inventory come from?
Our inventory is from all over America and Europe – and the world! Some of our items are dead stock, some are product returns, and some are vintage pieces we’ve gathered from estate sales, auctions, and boutiques we’ve crossed in our travels.

How can I be sure I’ll receive the item?
We have an outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction. Since you are paying via PayPal or Stripe, you are protected from fraud via their Dispute Resolution systems. Read more here: PayPal, Stripe.
Our items are shipped with tracking, and if there are any problems, we are eager to resolve them and leave you happy.
How does the money back guarantee work?
Once you have received your item, you have a 14 day period to contact us for a return. Post the item within 48 hours of approval for your refund!
We can not accept returns on beauty products or swimming costumes, and items must be returned in the condition they were received.
What do your condition categories mean?
New with tags: item is unworn, with retail tags still attached.
New without tags: item is unworn, but retail tags have been removed.
In excellent condition: item is like-new, without any visible signs of wear.
In excellent used condition: item is in excellent condition, but has minimal signs of wear.
In very good condition: Item is very wearable, but appears preloved when closely examined.
In good used condition: It is apparent the item has been worn, but it is still very functional and structurally intact.
In fair condition: Item has flaws, detailed in the description, but is wearable.
In excellent vintage condition: Item is in excellent condition for its age, and displays less than expected signs of wear or use. Possibly unworn.
In very good vintage condition: Item shows expected minor signs of vintage age, but is without any major flaws.
In good vintage condition: Item is wearable and functional, with any flaws explained in description.
